Do you just love your cavaliers? I've always wanted a Yorkie or a Maltese (now I have both in one dog) but I LOVE Cavaliers, I think they are just soo cute. But I have never actually be around one? Are they as sweet as they look? I've thought about getting one, but then I'm like hmm.. I need a dog smaller than Stump..not bigger! Lol.

well guess what guys, pippin the pregnant one only had one pup, even though she was so big but she is such a great mam, Shopstump, cavaliers are lovely dogs aswell, they are not that big really, not much bigger than some yorkies. They are more of a lap dog than the yorkies, they just love been cuddled and pampered, their coat is a lot easier to take care of although they do shed a bit,and you need to clean their ears more often,The biggest difference I can see in them is that they dont bark as much For anyone considering getting one be careful about the breeder you choose as cavaliers can have a heart condition which is hereditary but a good breeder wont breed a dog with this in its pedigree.feel free to ask me any more questions about cavaliers

Two of my friends have Cavaliers and they are so cute! Both of theirs have a wayward eye, though. Is this common in the breed? Like one eye will be looking straight at you and the other will be looking off to the side. Your gang is very beautiful! CoNgRaTs to the new mom!!!!!
