|  Here's the naked boy Well after my husband's bright idea to shave our golden retriever, I had to "fix him" a bit.  He looked like a lion with a bunch of hair still around his neck and he had these big notches where my husband messed up. But I think I've evened him out now and he doesn't look as bad as he did. But I'm still embarassed to let the neighbors see him LOL  Actually with the days we've been having, I'm glad he's able to be cooler. I'm about ready to go shave my head too. lmao |

| LOOL I know what you mean about the heat and shaving my head. He looks so cute but it's like he doesn't even want to face the camera, poor guy.

| OH MY GOODNESS!!! I've been wanting to shave our Golden (Penny) down, but I wasn't thinking quite that much. Poor guy doesn't even want to look at the camera....LOL BUT..as hot as it's been I bet he is more comfortable than any of us.. Sweet Boy!!

Donating Member  |  he does look cute i just wanted to say though i just heard that the dogs fur actually helps keep him cool during the summer and warm during the winter by shaving them it actually makes them hotter i'm no expert and i am not critisizing in any way cause i was gonna shave my lab to but i heard this on the eukanuba dog show the other day just a little tad of info but he is adorable!
