| Keep your fingers crossed for my Yorkies bestfriend My Yorkies best buddy is my recently rescued rabbit Muffy. Muffy, like many other bunnies, was a gift for a little girl who lost interest in him. He spent many years outside in a cage with no human interaction. Amazingly, he is a 12 year old frisky bun bun I just noticed he has a very large mass on the top of his head, at the base of his floppy ears. This just had to happen in the past week. Of course, I wont be able to reach my rabbit Vet til Monday. For being so old, I doubt that this can bring any type of good news. They both love chasing each other around, and she lovingly cleans his ears for him. This is the only rescued rabbit I have had so far that is okay with my Yorkie, and the only one that isnt stressed out by living in the main part of our house. Hes the best rescue so far, I would just hate to see him go this way

| Get Better Well my first bunny Thumper (hey I was 5) lived to be 10yrs. I went out to the screened in porch we had made for him and he has died from a heat attack. He was so tough, bit my finger once thought I was going to have stitches. When my dad bought him in New orleans they had to seperate him and his brother cause they thought they were going to kill each other, her growled like no bodies business. Bunns my second bunny was sickly from about 2 yrs old till he passed at 4yrs. It was a hard death, had seizers (sp) and when we got to the er he held on till we called to see how he was and then he passed away. Maddie (Madaline like the books) was my first female bunny and a handfull. She like bunns lived inside and was litter trained. She pretty much could do anything, watched tv and did a few tricks. When we go lil bear we weren't too sure what would happen, well lil bear was attached at first site and picked up many bunny habits. and madaline had no problem putting lil bear in her place. We have a very special photo of the two of them, which was taken not long before maddie passed. She had uninary infection and the vet did research and took blood to see if it might have been cancer but maddie stopped breatheing on the table and after trying cpr the vet couldn't do anymore. I wanted to get a bunny from the bunny rescue but my dad can't deal with loseing another bunny so we haven't. I hope your bunny turns out ok. If not I know my bunnies wouldn't mind haveing another friend.
