i'll never be able to "abandon" my love for yorkies for something else, but had i never fell for these sweet, funny babies i would really like a Bichon Frise. they are sooo cute. if i was capable of managing a big dog (like in public), i would love a German Shepherd. |
I wouldn't have another breed...I'm a Yorkie addict!!:D I'm hooked, theres no saving me.:p |
I love the look of the Bedlington Terriers, that would probably be my choice if I were going to get another dog. |
My heart is with the yorkie..... But, I do love the Brussels Griffon and the Affenpincher. |
I am hoping to get an Biewer for my next dog. I am doing research on the breed and breeders. |
I love German Shephards, Cane Corso, Brussels Griffon, Maltese, Rotties, Poodles and Cairn Terriers. |
I couldn't think of nothing else but a yorkie. |
I love my shih tuz. I saw a shih tuz Maltese mix this past week end that stole my heart. So.. I want a parti- or brewer.... a bunch of yorkies (love my Remy) .. and a bunch of Shihtese (or would that be maltuz he he) ... I also like spaniels, poodles, labs, goldens, see..... I really have a problem |
One of my sons has a Shiz Tzu and the other a Maltse, I love both breeds so much, but the Shiz Tzu doesn't ever bark, and that's kind of neat after being around Joey. :D |

I thought after my miniature schnauzer, I would never love another breed...but my yorkie fell into my lap and my heart! The next dog though, I think will be a bit bigger...thinking maybe standard schnauzer! Although I am absolutely in love with the look of the Giant Schnauzer...but then I think some more, and think a household of Yorkies would be as much protection as a larger dog...and probably more fun! Who's to say what will be in the cards for me? But I love the bearded look!! (Wheaton terrier, Bouvier, Scottie, etc) See the pattern?? |
Having 2 yorkies and 2 schnauzers, I would say schnauzers, but, with my health being like it is now I would have to stay with something even smaller like the maltese. |
my next breed is hopefully going to be a standard poodle! i can't wait, but will have to as there is only one 'breeder' i can find here, and her female has just had her 1st litter (unreg), but the father was Very proven- to labs. *sigh* i obviously adore yorkies- who here doesn't!?! but i would also like a dog you can hug without worrying about breaking it! and my corgiX doesn't like hugs- just slobbery kisses. :( i also would have loved a pit, but thats not exactly likely! wouldn't mind a staffie or boxer either tho- but it would be a rescue baby... no one can seem to grasp the concept of them being big strong dogs- so by the time most have reached 6-8months, they are thrown into a pound or on the streets; because of course its too much trouble to read a paragraph or two about the breed you're gonna go spend money on! oh heck- just anything that needs a home!!!!! :D:D |
Affenpinscher for small dog, or a Papillon (they make excellent agility and obedience dogs) For large breed, well I guess if we had a farm, I'd have an Irish Water Spaniel I've only ever seen one in a water trial and he was magnificient. My husband would want his Irish wolfhound. Next on the list would be a Gordon Setter. Gawd help me but I do love the coated breeds. Two more Black Russians as well Well we are dreaming here right, so I want 3 more Yorkies a cleaning lady, a assistant, a training arena, a doggy indoor pool, and an outdoor pond. I'd have a grooming salon, and train and employ groomers. Of course i'd need to win the lottery big time |
