Donating YT 11K Club Member | Got 2 baby birdies! I just got in 2 baby cockatiels. I keep finding ppl that don't want them! These ppl were going to get rid of the parents and the babies, so I offered to take the babies and now I am hand feeding them. I have done this several times before and find them good homes Right now they are only 1-2 wks old, I have been calling them Peachy and Mango They are ugly little things when they are this small but grow to be so beautiful. Let's see how it goes. I just love Tiels! They also had one little egg in the box but it hadn't hatched yet..hopefully they don't just give it to anyone that's not experienced

Donating YT 30K Club Member | That's so sweet you took them and are raising them. I never saw one that young. They sure do get much prettier with age.

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | Isn't it a shame how people think pets are disposable? Im glad you took them "under your wing" and are taking care of them, they are so helpless and depend of their parents for everything. All our birds have found us, and at some point we had 7, like you, cockatiels are my favorite. Good luck to you raising those babies.

Donating YT 11K Club Member | Thanks guys. I no longer have a camera but I took a quick video of them. They are now 3 and 4 wks old. One is a pretty grey/yellow pearl Tiel and the older one appears to be a normal grey. They are so sweet! View My Video

Donating YT 11K Club Member | Thanks guys!! They are fun but yes a lot of work. I can't be out for too long, have to be home to feed them but thankfully my mom helps as she knows how to also. Here are pics of all of them. There's Baby in the first 2 pics who is now 10 mos old and then Peachy and Masha. And Peachy in the last pic nibbling my finger, which he loves to do lol

| They are too cute. You have been wanting a Bird for quite some time. I am so happy it worked out. Cockatiels are very sweet and smart birds. Handle them as much as you can. Love your pics |
