|  I Asked For a Dog DNA Kit For My Birthday I asked for a dog DNA kit for my one and only birthday present. Am I dog crazy or what? Since they are expensive, I thought it would make a great present from my DH.  Attached is a picture of Piccolo (the Yorkie) and Vivi, the mixed breed girl we took off the streets of Covington, Kentucky. Any guesses on her breed? I have heard Min Pin, Chihuahua, and Jack Russell. Can't wait to find out and will post an update on the results. Thanks for your guesses.

|  Happy Birthday Lisa Awe, what a beautiful picture of the girls! Good luck with the DNA test, are you doing the internet kit kind that I think uses a cheek swab, or the more expensive vet/blood test? How about helping us in guessing by posting more pics of her, especially standing-profile, and tell us her approximate age and weight. (pretty personal huh?) And most importantly HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

As far as Vivi's characteristics go.... She weighs 8 lbs. and has much longer legs than Piccolo. My vet thinks she is about a year old. I'll try posting a picture of her profile soon. Thanks for asking. Also, we are using the less expensive swab test, not the blood test taken at the vet.

| Happy Birthday Lisa!!!!!! I have had the pleasure to meet the sweet Miss Vivi in person. She is a great sister for Piccolo. I think that she is Min Pin and Chi........ and maybe a tad bit of Pom.... (her tail and color make me think this). One thing that I am POSITIVE about..... she is 100% Sweetie Dog! Hope your birthday is special, Lisa!!! ........ can't wait to hear what the results of the test are!!
