| My life has gone to the dogs..... Well, Ms. Ezra Bee is staying with us for 10 days starting yesterday. Her parents are on a romantic anniversary trip to Myrtle Beach and she has moved in. But I'm having some problems..... 1. She is in heat and will not leave Simon alone. All night long she was all over him. 2. Trying to feed 3 dogs who are all eating different food is very hard. I'm exhausted from breakfast. 3. I am going to need a bazillion bags of potty pads. When one goes, they all go. 4. She is digging at the carpet (I'm assuming it's nesting behavior) and I have little pieces all over 5. My bed is no longer big enough for me 6. It's pouring down rain and I can't walk them 7. Poor Hallie can't figure out what is going on, she keeps running by Ezra staring at her like, "WHY are you still here" Ok I feel better I will keep the saga updated |

| Awwww, poor Simon and Hallie. They just don't seem to enjoy their houseguest much do they? Deep breaths and a camera to take those memorable moments to make you laugh! Hang in there! Regarding Ezra Bee being in heat, gosh goodluck, hahaha. When Schatzie went into heat she tried to mate with anything that moved or didn't move.

Yorkie Lover Donating Member | It is amazes how hard adding one more dog can add so much work...esp. when they are not on your schedule...when we puppysat for my brother, I thought I was going to pull my hair out, the girls had no idea what to do and they all wanted to eat at different times!! Hang in there, hopefully it will get easier...keep us updated!!!

| How fun for Simon and Hallie to have a play buddy! Three are definitely more work though I am sure. Good luck!

| Awwwwww good luck with babysitting, i know its exhausting, i have done that a few times, espesially because its not your own dog you kind of wonder if the visitor's needs are met, you look at them and feel sad for them because their mommy isnt around to give them a hug, i hope all works out for you!!

| Poor Poor Poor Poor little Simon! The "girls" are ganging up on him and he can't find a place to hide! Ezra is in heat so that's her excuse for her behavior but Hallie? Maybe she's learning by observation???? Poor little guy can't get a break. It's time for some Simon & Mommy time.........we need to do boy stuff I have a new found respect for those with 3 or more..... |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Poor Simon...he's outnumbered and maybe some Mom time will help - he must be a little overwhelmed - good luck and I hope it calms down - that's how I feel with my sons boys - I LOVE them but they will eat anything and everything if I don't watch them really closly and they love sleeping with me - so Chanel and Cheri get jealous and pout. I think by the time Ezra goes home - you'll probably just be getting a good rythym going ! |

| Monday update! I'm so exhausted! I have slept maybe 6 hours since Friday. I can't keep Ezra off Simon, all night long. I tried to baby gate off the bedroom but they all howl and cry. I slept on the couch last night because there isn't room on the bed for me haha! I try to take them for walks and they all go different directions and freak out at each other! I have a friend from work coming over to help me this week (how do you all with 3 do it?) And the worst, Ezra snapped at Simon last night b/c he finally found a place to hide where she can't get him and it scared him to pieces. He wouldn't even look at her for hours! 6 more days........ |

Kimberly, how sweet that you're friend is coming over to help you! It's almost comical to have visuals on what the 3 of them are doing. (well, except for Simon being snapped at, this is sad. ) Hang in there, it's less than a week to go! Keep those happy thoughts rushing and well a glass of wine might help too!

| Well Well Well, it is so sad in my apartment right now. Simon woke up, ran to find Ezra and she is at home with her parents so he is very sad! He has looked everywhere and finally gave up and plopped down in the stroller where Ezra slept. It is so sad to see him like this ;( So I told him a story of how one day when he was older and more responsible (and we lived in a house) he could have a puppy of his very own! |
