| Cruel people!! I wanted to share a story of how cruel some people can really be.. Back in August the neighbors daughter was going to receive a kitten from her boyfriend as a gift. I saw him taking the kitten in and he asked if I wanted the brother (they were suppose to be identical). I took him up on his offer and he went inside. Well, the next day I was at a funeral and heard nothing back.. Then I get a call right after the funeral was over and apparently after I left, her boyfriend put the kitten in the car because he was crying (they didn't want her parents to know about him) and left him there for 15hrs!! It was THE hottest day of the summer too!!! He was almost dead when my boyfriend's mom went to let her dogs out and saw this kid dumping him into a vacant lot behind my bf's house and pouring water on him!! He was freaked out that someone caught him and pleaded with bfs mom to help. She took the kitten but told the kid he probably wouldn't make it.. So I ran around getting nutrical, pedialyte, and scheduling a vet appt. I got there and the poor thing couldn't lift his head up, he was so out of it, and just didn't look like he was going to live!! Well 3 days later, we got him up and moving (and the neighbors bf demanded him back!! LOL!! He had to be kidding!!) and I ended up taking him home... Well 3 months later.. Here's my big yorkie loving baby!!

| How lucky was it that your Mom saw what was happening. Kittie's lucky day. Thank you for giving that beautiful kittie a loving home. Some people just have no blood running threw their viens only ice! Hopefully one day that boy will feel what it's like to be in pain and helpless. |

| I'm so glad the kitty survived and that you gave it a home. That is a beautiful cat. I love the pattern of its fur. Very exotic looking.

| Im not a cat person by any means but I LOVE HIM!!! I told my boyfriend a few weeks before this that I wanted a marbled bengal kitten and when this all happened, hey.. He's close enough!! My boyfriend's mom had 7 cats when this all happened and she didn't want anymore and was waiting for some of her older ones (three are over 16!) to pass before she was even considering adding anymore. So, I told her I'd take him and I'm glad I did! She goes through the times when she "wishes she would have kept him" because he has so much personality! But the funny thing is, they have 9 now! Strays always find a way to her house! lol I went to high school with the kid that did this to him (he's 2yrs younger than me) and 3 years ago, I had to press charges on him and go to court for him assaulting me. He is very disturbed and was borderline psychotic. And how ironic that he starts dating the girl that lives across the street from my boyfriend!! This kid is very, very disrespectful and his mother taught him that way. I could go on about all the events we've dealt with since this kid started dating the neighbor.. Keeps things interesting though..
