I just looked at the weather forcast and we're supposed to be getting snow over night tomorrow!!! YESSS!

Its been so cold! I can't wait for some snow!

I hope you get some snow! They're saying that we "may" get some snow on Thursday- but, somehow it always just misses us

I'm keeping my fingers crossed though....really need a snow day!

And as long as we're all just getting our post counts up, I might as well vent. For two months I have had a deposit on my baby girl yorkie... but every updated picture I get of her (they are all posted on my profile page) that "spark" just isn't there. Do you know what I mean? So now I have decided to buy her brother instead, he's way cuter and much smaller. But, I feel horrible like I've betrayed my Lilly and I never even met her! Am I a horrible person?? Anyway, thanks for threading this and letting me vent! Now I have to change all of my puppy pics!

I'M GETTING A CAR!!!

it's my first car. I'm very excited.

My dad and I went to see it tonight. It's a '94 Saturn LS2. The picture is really bad (it was getting dark), but it's a beautiful aqua blue. I'm getting it in the next 2 weeks or so. I'M SO EXCITED.

I have to RANT... I am so pi$$ed that here in Upstate NY we had snow this morning my kids had a 2 hour delay for school and on the way to school the bus ran out of gas for the 2nd time in a month!!!! I hate the fact that our school district has a 3rd part bus company and we dont have our own buses... Not to mention my kids go to Catholic school so I have to deal with the bus company, school district and their school to get these problems resolved!

* my kids were sitting on a busy road in the lane (no shoulder since all the snow is there!) out of gas (no heat!) and car passing the bus beeping....

kaknight- When I was still in high school, by bus did the same thing (run out of gas), we also had to sit on a one lane gravel road in the winter and wait for another bus to come get us because there was a tree branch in the road. And I went to a career center through my high school (with other students) and sometimes they would forget to send the bus to get us at the end of the day, so all of the other kids buses would be held up too. So it was so fun to be some of the lone kids to walk to the buses full of everyone else.
