| ace bandage....claw toe surgery....but my gait had beeen messed up from the pain of it....so it unbalanced my muscles all the way up on left side.....I never would have thought one little toe??? Never mess with your feet. ugg they are so important and we take them for granted when they dont hurt.....sorry for rambling  btw years of jogging/aerobics didnt helprunning or race walking
