Woke up this morning to a white Christmas, momma nature played a good April fool day joke here on the mountain lol Good thing temps will be in the 50's. Cody almost had his yard back.Tomorrow in the mid 60's woohoo.

Our snow pile didn't make it to April 1st, there was a tiny pile left Monday but it all finally melted yesterday. Welcome spring in Illinois!

The clinic is still open, they have cut our hours, but I'm still employed and getting benefits which is a huge plus. This long dragged out procedure has to be so stressful. You're a very committed lady. I pray the clinic gets funded and things can go back to normal.

I'm doing yard work first...Winston is loving having me home with him. He's pooped out from being outside with me today. Wednesday's weather forecast isn't sounding too good. I hope to finish up what needs to be done outdoors tomorrow...then concentrate on some indoor stuff. I can be lazy and love chilling out watching a movie or reading, but I have things to do. I hope you're able to check some things off your to do list...then sit back and relax a little.

So it looks like our little big thread has been abandoned. Life goes on and a good many of us found each other elsewhere and have kept in touch over the years. This thread served a good and useful purpose. Good memories, good friends, virtual supporters, and useful ideas.

Today we had temps of 71 after a 5 1/2 inch snowfall 3 days earlier, crazy weather this winter, temps dropping, calling for a winter mix tomorrow. How has your winter been.

Here in the North East we got abnormally frigid temps starting mid Nov. until last week where day time temps were average 32, such a relief from the highs of 18 lol. Yesterday was mid 60's, today 71 tomorrow and next 10 days back to winter. I too am so ready for Spring lol.
