OK, here's the scoop. The Emerg vet thinks she is just having a little "episode"

OK - Deb thinks she's OK. She agrees with the emergency vet that she was probably having a reaction to the meds and I should stop giving them to her. By episode, the vet meant that her body was reacting to having the stimulus of the pain med when her body didn't need it.

So, Deb says Tink will be super tired and thirsty now. So I should put a diaper on her and put her to bed in her crate so I can get some sleep too.

Good grief that was scary. I thought she was gonna die! She got all limp and would hardly look at me. Deb said she was overheated.

She's still panting but easier and she's not limp anymore.

Hi thread!!!!!!!!! I don't consider myself a "regular" here but I do like to stop by from time to time and say HI, feed the thread, and sometimes give it a little countdown till 5 o'clock! hehehe Since it is Friday, there is a very good possibility that I'll have a countdown this afternoon! I know...you can't wait, can you? hehe

Well hello EVERYBODY!!! Sorry I haven't been on here lately but really busy and tomorrow I am having a garage sale with my daughter! Hope we make lots of money so I can buy the kids something nice!!! lol

Was reading like crazy throught the thread about little TINK, poor baby but glad she is ok. Susie, Have you ever thought about getting the stairs so Tink can go up and down off the bed with no worries of her jumping?? I bought some for Toby and he loves them. Goes up so fast and down them But Kallie doesn't like them so we keep a close eye on her when she is on the bed.

Omega, hope your baby is fine and you are feeling better!

Veg.........nice to see you are still around! Sorry I missed you though.

Thank you Morkie! You are sweet. I need to visit the Thread Killer more for sure. I'm jealous of your Florida weather. Although it IS sunny here in North Alabama today, it is quite on the chilly side...in the 50's today. Burrrrr!

hahaha very funny!!!!!! hehehe I have another friend that lives in south florida and she said she's got the pool ready to go swimming this weekend. *sigh*

She must have a heated pool! My temp in my pool is like 74, sort of like jumping into a spring! Burrrrr! I need to get a heater for my pool soon!

Got to run and pick up hubby or I would stay and get better acquainted! sorry but maybe a bit later!
