Well, it is almost 11:00 here and I need to get some rest myself as I have some company coming tomorrow for a visit before they return home to PA. It will be another year before I see them. So I need to get up early and get a few things done before they get here.

You ladies have a nice night and I will be thinking about Tink all day tomorrow and about her mommy! She will be fine!!! Do update us on how she comes through when you get home with her! PLEASE!!!

Aww, I wonder what she's dreaming. Mine are both pressed up against me and sound asleep...no talking though

Can she sleep throught the night without her ears taped or do I need to do it again before she goes to her crate for the night?

I'm next! This time change thing takes weeks to get used to! It's time for bed though, even if I'm not feelin' it.

I'm the wrong person to give advice on this (notice my yorkies with their floppy ears), but I would think it'll only work if they're taped all the time. C'mon, you can do it!

That's why I gave up on Ginger. I just didn't care enough to be vigilant..she was cute to me either way.

I think I've killed 6 threads tonight including one that I started

Hey Susie,
Hope things are going ok with Tink. Let's see - you are probably in the exam room right now with her...

About the ears - I tried doing Tinka's too when she was younger. I had to re-tape the ears at least 5 times a day.

I did it for a long time and kept them shaved - did everything you're supposed to do, but it didn't work for her... oh well.

Anyhow, just wanted to say that having to reapply the tape so many times a day is pretty normal. Don't give up!

Although you might want to give her a little break after her surgery...

Let us know how it goes today.

We're home! Tink is sleeping in her crate. When they brought Tink out to me after the surgery, she look at me like "Where have you been?" and then licked my face all over.

I'm glad we're OUT OF THERE

Ha! Hardly!! Still have 3 more dresses to make. I took a break this weekend from sewing but I had rehearsals and other "stuff" going on. After May, I can rest all I want!
