Ah, OK. I do that too. 2 or 3 here, Dogster, and Messaging my daughter all at the same time. Gets me in trouble some times. Like now her I go posting in italics - ?

LOL, I'm afraid I will close the wrong window if there are too many open and lose the whole thing! I have four open now and I'm trying to figure out which one is suppose to be open and which one is safe to close........scarey thing these computers!!

I'm still tryng to decide if I should take Tinkerbutt on the plane with me to Texas in May or board her or ask friends to take her. I'll be gone nearly 2 weeks. Any advice?

Hmmmm, well, my son took his Jack Russell with him from Florida to Texas and he said he woudl never do it again. Too hard on the dog! I don't know exactly what he meant.........probably more work for him. TWO WEEKS!!! That's a long time.........how good are these friends you are talking about. They as much a dog lover as you!!!!! And what are you going to be doing in Texas........will Tink get as much attention as she would if she stayed with your friends??? Just throwing stuff out there for you to "tink" about!

Ha ha! My daughter is getting married. She graduates the 12th and gets married the 19th. This long distance planning is hard!!

Good thought about attention for her. Hadn't thought about that. My friends are great. They used to watch my tou poodle for me when I travel. In fact they bought his headstone because they loved him so much.

Although you will miss Tink horribly, I think with the graduation and the wedding, you will be emotionally tied up and time will fly by so fast that you will be home with Tink again before you know it. I would leave her with your friends if they are willing to keep her that long......she will be safe and happy and you won't have to worry about her getting her needs met.

Oh dear, I think you are right. I think that's why I asked someone's unbiased opinion. You're right - I will miss her horribly. But she wouldn't get the attention she needs and on further thought, it will be hard for me to travel with her. It's hard for me to manage on my own without trying to carry or wheel a furbaby around. Sigh!
