WAKE UP EVERYBODY!!!!!!

My son just got engaged!!!!!!

After the baseball game, he took her out to eat. He had her stand up and then he knelt down and proposed and gave her the ring. Everyone in the place was clapping and cheering and the staff was announcing it.

She was crying and crying and shaking... LOL.

They came over here afterwards and my son was wiped out. He couldn't even eat his dinner at the restaurant, he was so nervous. (oh well, his loss, my gain.. it was good!)

Thank you Vicky!!!! Yes, I know...... I am SOOOOOO looking forward to my grandbabies. (um... grand daughters) We're already working on names. She has baby fever really bad. LOL. TOLERATE ME???????

I'll have you know that she comes over alone - of her own FREE will to hang out with me! We play video games, eat, watch movies, eat.... take naps. We have gone shopping and out to movies. We e-mail almost every day. I'm teaching her to cook things that don't come from a box. LOL. We have dinner together quite often... with my son. They sleep over. (in the living room.... no messing around, thank you very much )

NOW... does that sound like TOLERATING to you????
Hmpf. I will ask her when they come over today to watch the game and eat if she is just tolerating me.

Congrats to your son and future DIL...and to you of course. I actually got along very well with my MIL too...never quite understood the MIL jokes...she never interfered in our lives it was wonderful and we lived right next door to her since day one. Again what fabulous news...I am so very happy that you're happy with your son's choice to make his future bright and complete!!!
