I'm so upset with my parents..They think it's stupid to spend anymore than $100 on a pup. they just want me to get a female so I can breed it.

they think dogs are to breed for $$$, which makes me so upset. Yesterday they said that "those YorkieTalk people are just trying to controll the amount of yorkies, thuse keeping the price high". I want this male so bad from Kathy, but I hate how much I'll have to fight them. I'm ready to move out!

Well perhaps it might be time to look into moving out. I know parents dont understand us alot of the times, but we still love emmm. You have to remember they were raised in a different era and don't always do well with new changes in the world(or atleast mine don't),lol!!

Yesterday after I talked to them, I came home in tears. Part of me is just like I'll wait until I have my own place. I'll just get a pet for now.. The problem is, with their money minds, I won't be making my BUCK!!!

Sometimes you just gotta deal with the stuff they have to say and figure Oh Well its my life let them have their doubts.

I think sometimes when they try to lead us down the right path they forget its still our choice,lol!

The big problem is, we're both so set with our views. I'm not budging, hoping I'll teach them the right way, and they're not budging thinking I've just let the wool be pulled over my face.

yeah, I know they're concerned about me, but they're just going to have to watch, and let me go. I'm hoping once I get a dog and am around all the others showing, they'll start realizing what it's all about!! YORKIES NOT $$$$!

oh, girl...get your pup and let them get over it!! you are an adult (right????) so make your own decision. One thing I do NOT do in life, is worry about what other people think about the way I choose to spend my money or treat my pets.

You have a passion...FOLLOW IT. don't let anyone, not even your parents, stop you! my husband does not share my passions, but he also knows better than to stand in my way of them!
