I am here....but everytime I try to post it usually doesn't work...so I just quit (imagine some kind of smiley here, definitely not going to try and insert one!)

OK..so did either of you ever have to read A Modest Proposal in school? Click on this link go down to the paragraph that starts with "I do therefore humbly offer it to public consideration that of ...." did you read it????

OK...now stay with me here...ds had to do a skit about this for his SR project...They could either do it live or record it if they didn't want to get in front of the class..which is what they chose to do. So I get home last night and my house is now a movie set and there are mutilated baby dolls in my kitchen and a grill in my backyard...and other assorted props...do you see where I am going with this???? There was also 3 18 yr old boys who were cracking themselves up over this project!! Just want to go on the record as saying I am very glad my child learned about this in school because what would he do and where would he be without it?????????????????????????

Well, it just goes to prove your barbie boob smasher brother was before his time. :rolleyes: If nothing else....that assignment is one your son will remember...unlike annotated bibliographies. ;)
