Q: How many women with MENOPAUSE or PMS, does it take to change a light bulb?

A: One! ONLY ONE!!!! And do you know WHY? Because no one else in this house knows HOW to change a light bulb! They don't even know that the bulb is BURNED OUT!! They would sit in the dark for THREE DAYS before they figured it out. And, once they figured it out, they wouldn't be able to find the #&%!* light bulbs despite the fact that they've been in the SAME CABINET for the past 17 YEARS! But if they did, by some miracle of God, actually find them, 2 DAYS LATER, the chair they dragged to stand on to change the
STUPID light bulb would STILL BE IN THE SAME SPOT!! AND UNDERNEATH IT WOULD BE THE WRAPPER THE FREAKING LIGHT BULBS CAME IN!!! BECAUSE NO ONE EVER CARRIES OUT THE GARBAGE!!! IT'S A WONDER WE HAVEN'T ALL SUFFOCATED FROM THE PILES OF GARBAGE THAT ARE A FOOT DEEP THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE HOUSE!! IT WOULD TAKE AN ARMY TO CLEAN THIS PLACE! AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON WHO CHANGES THE TOILET PAPER ROLL !! .

Can I tell you about my morning? Shush Deb, I'm going to tell anyway.

DH turned all of the clocks back yesterday. Asked him twice. Yup, all done. This morning I wake up at 7:10 and think, cool, I'm up early I can take my time. then the radio comes on and the guy says it's 8:17. Yikes! He missed the alarm clock. (He uses the alarm on his cell to get up at 5 am). Anyway, I yell up to Megan to wake up, jump in the shower. Get out of the shower, no Megan. Start yelling her name and hear a MOAN from the couch. She is sick. I tell her go back to bed, I'll call the school. Well, I have the number programmed in to my cell phone, so I don't know it by heart. (With as much school as she misses, I should know it) Anyway, pick up cell phone. DEAD as a door nail. (Why do people say that?) My charger is at work but my son has the same phone. So, I take my life in my hands and enter the bat cave. Finally find his charger under the bed. Plug in my phone and call the school. Get dressed, run in to the kitchen to make a sandwich for work, and the tuna I made yesterday is GONE! So, it is cottage cheese and an apple. Yippee! I grab my computer bag...no computer. Megan? Where is my lap top? "Upstairs" Well, go get it. "I'm sick" And I can't climb the stairs so drag your sick butt up there and get it. Ok, ready to walk out the door, turn around and the two dogs are staring at me. Megan takes them out in the morning, so that was my job this morning, too. Get half way to work and one of the streets I'm on they are closing because someone knocked down a wire. Well, it was hanging on the other side of the street, the cop was JUST putting out the cones so I blew around him and kept going. Will probably get a ticket in the mail. Get to work and my first email is this bitchy thing from my boss looking for two reports that were due Friday. Send her an email: They are both on your desk. Wanted to include "if you would get your butt into the office once in a while, you would have found them". But I didn't. All of this by 10 am. I really need to start playing the lottery.
