Ordering take out.

This is a nasty come on strong stomach flu, I almost never use OTC fever reducers, we are scheduling meds atm. I read NYC health department declaired a 'health state of emergency' over this strain.
We're all managing it well but definately pumping fluids, vitamins and suppliments.

10 drops apple cider vinegar
10 drops grape seed extract
2 drops golden seal
in a cup of apple juice.

Getting kids medicine, filling up water bottles, opening tissue boxes, and getting the emergency buckets by beds just in case-everyone is out-finally!!!
