I am mid way up a mountain appox 15 miles up. High enough to see the ski resorts snow trails 20 miles from me. I forget what the elevation is, Ilooked it up years back.

Pennsylvania has a lot of mountains. Some are dangerous, narrow lanes with no guard rails, roads must have been built for 1930 cars, big SUVs fly up and down those roads. There are many roadside memorials.

Pa. is nice in the Amish area, (Lancaster) lots of horse and buggy's. I go there once a year to buy outdoor "stuff" hand made by Amish ppl.

We have a few Amish people in Illinois. Several Mennonite people live in the area here.

I'm sure Amish and Mennonite families are pretty wide spread except the N.E. tri-state which would be, NY, NJ and Ct.
