IC I know the feelling.

So, tell your mind to shut up and just try to eat less the next time. Eating smaller portions was the key for me. Its HARD but It works!

I confess that I eat mostly spaghetti squash or shiratake noodles now. But I had a small ice cream sandwich made from almond milk last night...... Lol

IC that in order to loos some weight, at times I had to ignore the grumbles in my tummy and just deal with the hunger.

IC Im on the verge of breaking down and crying over the thought of Stella going back home to NC tomorrow morning and not getting to hug her and tell her that I love her one last time.
