| IC that I appreciate the well wishes on the foot. It is the planters fasciatis (sp?) and he gave me a shot in my heel!! HURT like heck!  Gave me some meds, stretching exercises and wants me to soak it in a cold bucket. I'm trying to do that now and it's sooooooo cold. Having a hard time with that! I think a ice pack could be better. YIKES!
