I confess that I did a front handstand today. Have not done that since Jr. High. I bent over to pick up something off the floor and all the fat push downward and my feet went up towards the ceiling.

I confess to you that Polo prefers an ocean loaded with NY barge trash over one engulfed in BP's oil... lol... A double confession, that was sarcasm cause I cant wait until we get to 78, for now it's just a spectators sport.
