| I’ve been sorting thru papers at my mom’s place today. I’ve got a couple people interested in buying her property. If that falls through, I’m putting it up for auction with her furniture etc.

| Why not have a week end estate sale or week end auction, you would have to hire an auctioneer for that, don't know if your up to that.

| I’ll unload everything one way or another. If it was in the same town as where I live, I wouldn’t be in such a rush. I don’t like having to keep utilities on though. No choice but since it’s win
