Glad you got yours out. I have several in the yard, 3 at the front of my house and one on my kitchen window, I'm sure to see them when they arrive.

I used to have a feeder right outside my kitchen window. It must have been too close because they would never feed while I was watching. So I would pull the shade and it was so cool to see the silhouette of the hummingbird feeding

I have one with a suction cup attached to feeder,one side is flat so it's flush with the window. That one attracts so many humming birds, my sink is under that window, in summer I approach it very slowly so as not to scare them off. It's awesome to see their tongues sucking up the nectar from a couple of feet away.
