I wish I could go ride my bike. Mom called and she has another bush for me to come over and plant. Wants it done today so it will get all that lovely rain that is coming.

No safe way to get there. Can't cross the lake on a bicycle. I can get close, but not quite there. It's a 35 minute trip by car. I would be too worn out to dig when I got there anyway and would have to leave quickly so that it didn't get dark on me on the way back. Some idiot would probably run over me anyway. I try to stay off the streets here as much as possible.

They might run over that too here. Yesterday I saw several wrecks driving around town to get to the park where we start our ride. There are few Texans left here. Dallas is now a world mix with everyone driving differently. It's quite the experience getting from point A to point B.

Yes. I'm off now. Decided to get over with before it gets too hot to dig. Where she wants the bush is out in full sun and I have to dig up the old one before I can put this one in. Fun. Fun.

Already finished. Wasn't too bad since ground was still wet. Made it messy, but that bush came right out.
