Hi, Cool, Do you show any of them at all. I used to, Its a bit heck tick at times, just used to show in gaited classes. Quarter horse have more stuff to show in. Yorkies are enough for me now. lol

Back in the day we showed in game classes. Everyone is getting up there in age. So now used for grandkids to ride around the acreage. My son in laws say I have large pasture pets. I get to attached so they have a home with me lol.

How's your yorky doin? Mine is 6 months now and she hate's me to try and get a bow in her hair. She has a fit. I had to try it again to night. I got the rubber ban in quit a bit further back than it should be, but thats a start, I figured. Have any tricks for that?

The Pocono's has had 4 major wet wintry mix snowstorms. Thankfully yesterdays turned into rain. I woke this morning to 1/2" if slush on the deck, no snow on asphalt driveway, and no shoveling needed. I am one happy camper lol.

I don't see to many yorkies with bowes. Do you guys have a hard time putting them in or keeping them in or just don't care. My last two yorkies didn't care to much, but my little 6 month girl, wow does not want one at all. Just wondering.

I personally have never had any luck with bows. May try with my new puppy I get the end of the month. So excited. I need some puppy love

Thats so exciting to be getting a new puppy. I could hardly stand it when we going to get one. What are you getting a girl or boy. We have a 6 month old now. You will remember the training pretty fast. I forgot how much work they are, but how much fun they are also. Many blessings for you.

I love the Parti yorkie, beautiful dog. All my adult life I have had only female babies. I now have a male surrender gifted to me by my vet when he was 2 1/2 years old. I love him to pieces, he's a wonderful, loving and smart boy, but, I still miss my girls.
I am soooooo excited for you. I have had toy Poodles and mini Schnauzers, but there is nothing like a Yorkie puppy, they are so cute and funny even when they are being naughty you have to laugh at them. They are a lot of work but so well worth it. Your baby will bring much sunshine and laughter into your life.

Yes I am counting on that. My Riley is an amazing dog very cuddly and needs to be close. His world has changed so much as well. Use to be a household of 4 dogs as I took my moms when she passed. And now it is just he and I. Not sure he will love the puppy But I think having the company in the house when I am at work may help him. Of course the puppy will not be alone with him. She will be kenneled He lost his dog friends and his favorite person in such a short time And I know I need it.
Nothing like a yorkie owning us and running the household

I had a pack of 3 girls, all 3 years apart. The two oldest went to Rainbow bride 6 months apart. The baby who was then 6 years old, my little clown and the diva of the pack went into deep depression when the second one had to leave us.
I was giving her 6 months to adjust to being the only fur baby. She never came around, she was not the dog she had always been. Month 7 I knew she needed a BFF. I was working, had little time for puppy searching. Also, this was the baby of the pack, the older girls spoiled her, made her the diva, I didn't know how she would handle being a mamma.
My cousin who lived close to me found a puppy, I went to see it and of cause she came home with me. When I got home and set that puppy on the floor, my girl came running out to this puppy like she was a long lost friend, she bonded instantly with that puppy and I got my little clown back.
The love these two girls had for each other made my heart smile.
I hope your Riley accepts the new puppy like my girl did.
