Now you have confused the issue.

The rule says that the Last PERSON TO POST IS THE WINNER.

If you are the winner as you claim, then surely this thread is now closed and this post I make is purely fictitious therefore it can not be seen.

If it can not be seen then nobody can respond to it can they ?

If nobody can respond to this post as it can not be seen due to it being fictitious as the thread was closed because you are the winner which closed the thread then whats the point in YOU reading all this crap....lol

As far as actual fact is concerned a tree never makes a noise.

Any noise heard is as a result of an activity which my be related to the tree falling.
