6. a precious or loved one ..... Deer (Dear)

7. first you get a parking ticket, then you get this ..... Toad (Towed)

8. these make up a chain ..... Lynx (Links)

I'm glad you posted the answers but NOW I feel really stupid for not getting 2 and 6...how easy were they?? Geezzzz, I'm amazed sometimes I actually make it through a whole day without serious damage

I think maybe I used to be smarter

I think alot of people were overthinking it and I kept telling people that they are going to kick themselves when they see the answer. Honestly, you'd be surprised at how many people didn't get those two and I thought they were the most obvious.

The funniest answer I had for 2 by far was Newt, (nude)... that really cracked me up.

I only got two by myself... I got 1 and 6... then I asked my hubby and cousin for help and the three of us got everything but 2 and 4. I was really frustrated with 4... we put howler monkey lol. I ended up googling "a lamenting cry" "animal" and I ended up getting all the answers, so I just kept my mouth shut lol.
