Sometimes one good thing snowballs into another. I posted about meeting a fellow YTer at Michaels the other day. Well she called tonight and we had a very lovely conversation. What a fantastic way to start an evening.

Today was a good day....I wrote up an offer on a beautiful house for some clients that I have been working with for about a year and a half.:woof: Keeping my fingers crossed that it gets accepted and closes escrow.:xfingers:

Okay, so today I'm full of a cold and so is my youngest baby(1yr old daughter:() The house is a mess and the day outside is gloomy and cold.
BUT tonight I'm going to the BEST Indian restaurant with the girls for my best mates B-day, we're going to eat,drink and be merry if it kills me:D:D:D

I have not been able to work out at a gym, so my friend recommended a set of DVDs that include ballet and yoga. I LOVE it!! It works all those hard to work out parts of your body, so I am very excited!!:D:D:D:D:D

Just wanted to follow up on my previous post....the offer DID get accepted and we are doing all of our inspections this week. All set for a 30 day escrow....Woo Hoo! Here's hoping it closes....:):):)

I did really well on my Cardiac exam!!! The first exam of the semester. I take my second exam this monday, Critical Care/Respiratory. Wish me luck! :)

Today was my last horse riding lesson for the semester. :( But, they said I improved so much in the 7-week semester. I was so proud of myself. :D

Yahooo!!! Graduation is in less than one week. We have our final exam on monday, they give us the results on tuesday and we graduate on wednesday!!! Crazy, but so very exciting!

^That is SO exciting!! Congrats. :)

Yesterday was the family Christmas party. :) It was so fun to see everyone. And, very exciting, the place where I used to go horseback riding (for a bit over 7 years) gives out gift certificates now, and I got 3 of them!! I had to stop riding about a year ago due to $$$, and I was just saying how much I missed riding! So I'm very excited. :)

Tonight 1 daughter went out with her son and the other one was sleeping. So, my Hubby and I put on a movie and for 1 1/2 hours it was just the 2 of us and the 2 furbutts!! Lovely though... Baron's Mom

Last Saturday our son (only child) was married. It has been cold here (for Fl) but the weekend warmed up, the moon was almost full & it was beyond perfect. We love our son, we love our DIL....life is good.

I had a positively wonderful day today. The snow this morning when I walked out the door looked BEAUTIFUL (though it melted quickly haha), I was able to watch the Inauguration afterall (didn't think I'd be able to), and I got to spend the afternoon with one of my best friends. :)
