I ban the Alaskan Dude unofficially called Mike for not calling "the captn" "Nooks" every time he gets a chance!

I bestowed the name in a wonderful chance encounter of reading after 2 a.m. and seeing Captn. Nookie instead of the obvious we all read during daylight normal people hours.
