I ban Stacy for thinking that putting "shortcoming" in quotes makes it any less of a shortcoming. Computers can't "hiccup." They're not equipped for such -- sort of like you not being equipped to ban the Dictator.

Oops, I meant it the other way around. Banning Jo Ann, with MM being the sister in the coup. Since I'm Dictator, I'm allowed such minor foibles.
