I ban RM for that unexplained ban of me. Would you fire someone "just for the heck of it?" I don't think so. That would earn you a trip straight to HR and open the company up to litigation. You'll be hearing from my attorney.

I ban Mike for that erroneous argument. Most states are "at will" states, meaning companies can hire and fire at will with out repercussions.

I ban ADB for failing to ban Joann for banning the wrong person. Besides Joann just regurgitated Jenni's fallacious ban. How does she know my dogs look cool in person without me? She's never seen them when not in my presence. I wouldn't allow that.
