I don't know - because it's like one day you look around and that favorite toy from childhood is gone. I had a stuffed monkey that had plastic hands and in one hand he was holding a banana that fit in his mouth. I think the other hand had fallen off. I loved him so much - and even though I loved, loved my dolls and still have some. I would like to have that monkey still

I always wanted a real monkey too!! But I settle for yorkies now

Diane, thanks for the links! I thought the 1st pic looked familiar but not quite right - but when I looked at some of the other listings I see 2 black fluffy buttons on the yellow shirt - that's what mine had! I can't figure out why they named it a Howdy Dowdy monkey - that show wasn't on when I was little. But maybe it's got that kind of face or it was still a toy they were making from the show

About 9 years old. My older brother (by 10 years) and his girlfriend took me and my little brother. It had NUDITY in it, and they didn't know it. When she took off her top, I don't know whose eyes were bigger - my little brothers and mine OR my big brothers and his girlfriend!! It was Cat O' Nine Tails. I'll never forget it.
