So, whats for dinner?
 
I am making green bean casserole and making baked Chicken. Trying to determine if I want something else. Sounds good:)

OMGOSH!!!!! I have been racking my brain all day trying to figure out what to cook for dh's bday dinner. he said that he doesn't want anything in particular :rolleyes: sooo...i think i am going to whip up some lemon pepper chicken, mashed potatoes, broccoli, mac and cheese, and top it off with cake and ice cream :)

hope everyone enjoys dinner!!!!!! i'll try to be around later tonight...for now...i'm out :)

ummmmmm, whatever I can find in the fridge...LOL.. I cooked last night so tonite, everyone is on their own!

Lemon pepper chicken sounds yummy!

I'm taking Slade to my university's homecoming pep rally tonight (he's getting to wear his shirt from PocoMutt), Guster is playing at it so I"ll probably just eat a burger or whatever they have there.

We're having leftovers of some kind since I cooked yesterday. Either homemade veggie soup, chicken quesadillas, sloppy joes, or bbq beef...whatever THEY want to warm up.

You got that many leftovers!?....

I had two whole chickens, but I wanted to fix them with that spice coating like at Texas Roadhouse so I went looking on websites and... YIPPEEE!... I made it and it was great!!...I got a big thumbs up from the family!....I also made little red mustard roasted potatoes that where baked,baked beens and rolls....

I use some of our leftover chili and make a nacho dip by adding Velveeta and a little milk to thin it out...great with tortilla chips...

I just got done beboning my turkey for this evenings dinner.
We are having turkey, mash potatoes, gravy,stuffing,sweet
potatoes,green bean casserole, tuna macaroni salad, fruit salad,
pecan pie and fresh baked rolls.

Just call me June Cleaver...I've often wondered how it feels to
walk into the aroma of a nice dinner waiting for you since when
I worked I never had that pleasure.

Actually, I do have an ulterior motive here and that will be left
overs for the entire weekend.

I am fixing a high fat full of cholesterol dinner:

Biscuits, sausage, milk gravey, eggs and some sort of fruit.

That sounds so good! If only I still ate pork. :( haha

I\'ll probably fix some tuna fish and fries.. I\'m not in the mood to fix something that involves washing pots and pans.
