| Oddest thing in your Washing Machine? I picked the older boys up from daycare today and they were packed in mud. They let me know that they had been swimming in the pool then roll in the mud for some fun. Sooo after we got them home, it was surely bath time needless to say! Anyhoo, there was of their blankets n stuff in the washing machine so I just threw their bath towels in there and did a load of laundry. After the load stopped, I was putting everything in the dryer and guess what I found in there???? A BOTTLE OF CLOROX BLEACH!!!!! Can you believe it? It never opened or leaked! So that made me think, what weird things have YOU found in your washer?

| uh hmmmm. I believe lately it was a thong that belonged to my son's girlfriend. They were watching the dogs and the house for me that week. I still enjoy the the embarrassment when I mention it to them. She turns a wonderful shade of red. Now mind you - I was NOT happy finding it and told my son so, but I thought I might as well make the best of it and tease them. |

No Longer a Member | Well, this didn't actually make it to the washing machine, but the sweatshirt it was stuck to went in right away! Whenever my husband takes chloe outside to potty, he always lets her forage for a souvenir. Usually, it is just leaves, a twig, a pebble, or a pillbug. This time, something was laying on my son's sweatshirt. I'm like, "what IS that?" I couldn't tell if it was a bug, crusted dried poop, or what. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was a desicated fetal bird!! Ewwwww! Told dh, no more foraging for souvenirs!! |

| umm....I almost turned the dryer on with my cat in it. When she was younger she used to love going in it. My brother and I used to joke about it with reference to the Far Side comic "cat fud". |

| I don't have anything unusual, but gum was the hardest and biggest mess that I have ever had to clean up. |

| My cat got in ours once (when it wasn't on). Then we learned to make sure we kept it closed. Chap stick is the worst! |

I washed my cell phone last year. When I took out the plan, I got insurance on DH & DS's but not mine. Because I'm the responsible one. My DS loves to rub that in. | |
