| Any BoSoxers out there??? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2007_World_Series Boston did it ... they have won the ALCS and have made it to the World Series ... I wish my husband had lived to see them win the World Series in 2004 ... He was from Boston and rooted for them endlessly, even though he had lived much of his life in California ... So here it is for him again... another chance at the Series ... Go BoSox!!!! First game at Fenway, Oct. 24th ..... I do not care if Colorado wins the series, (no animosity) but I would love for the Red Sox to do it once again ....

Therapy Dog Donating Member | K - even though we are really feeling the pain here (but heck - we are used to it in this town with our sports teams)....I congratulate the Sox on pulling it off...I knew when we didn't take it at home that it would not happen. Good luck in the World Series. (a very sad Indians fan today)

| Yay! The game last night was awesome, and DH and I are so excited! I miss seeing the RedSox games at big parties or bars in Boston, but I'll take watching them wherever I can |

| In all honesty, the Tribe deserved to lose that series. They were up 3 games to 1 and blew it. If I were a betting man I would go with the Sox to take the World Series in 5 games. The NL teams that made it this year pretty much stood no chance to whichever team walked out of the AL.

| As an Indians fan, I'm not going to comment on the games or the drama that was deliberately caused. I'll just say Congratulations to the Red Sox and their fans. Good luck in the World Series.

| Great news!!!! I just got on and saw this ... I fell asleep before the game ended ... GREAT News! Boston deserves it... they had 86 years of little success ... now 2 victories in 3 years! How proud they must be! Love the drama .... and Mike Lowell, MVP ... Good for him .....

| To be honest, the World Series nay the entire playoffs this year were very lackluster in my opinion. I wonder what their overall ratings were.

fans in Denver sat in 30º temperature to cheer their team on. The HRs and RBIs were exciting ... and the last game was goooooood!!!! A sweet victory!!! after an 86 year drought, 2 victories in 3 years! Exciting ... I imagine when the Yankees, Dodgers and Giants are in the series the numbers may be higher ... but I feel Boston had a big audience ..and all the BoSox fans who longed for this for so many years! yeah! A big success... we all have our opinions ... this is mine!
