Helping out with the baby..... he gets on my nerves so bad.... he always has an excuse he has to do this or that, he acts like i sit on my butt all day, i work 8 1/2 hours a day, i am out on site with the rest of the guys getting my samples, i do a mans job. just like he does, I don't have a nice office job, nor am i a stay at home mom! Right after work i have to pick up the baby, feed the baby, bath the baby, then when the baby goes to bed I have to do the house work, All i am asking for is a little help, i'm tired to when i get home too...... I wish i could come home and read the paper and have a beer too... MEN !!!!!! |
There are just a couple things that irritate me the most - He acts like I always have to agree with his opinion... I don't think he realizes he does that. He hangs his towel across the bathroom door and it drives me nuts. |

Oh! Just remembered this one! When he takes a shower, he leaves his dirty clothes on the floor of the bathroom! Some days there will be piles of clothes that he takes off and just tosses on the floor! And he doesn't ever put away his clean clothes, too! He would rather rummage through baskets and then rewash them after 5 days because he doesn't know what's clean and what's dirty! I don't even let him do my laundry anymore because I've ended up with too many shrunk, color stained, or just plain lost pieces of clothing since we started living together! |
Yes, I think it is safe to say that the ice cream thing is a universal bone of contention! Our ice cream situation is this: Say we have two pints of ice cream. Of course, he wolfs his down in one sitting like previously mentioned, ad I'll eat1/3 or 1/2 of mine. If I don't go back to it and eat it the next day, that, to him, means that I have relinquished claim on it (you left it on the prairie--he will really say this too) and he helps himself to it. This happens with anything...candy bars... If I buy us snickers bars, and I give him one, and I don't eat mine, and it goes another day not being eaten, he will eat it. Okay...one more...I swear, only one more... :p How about cereal ladies? Does your man come home from work and stick his hand in the cereal box and start eating handfuls of it? Hey! Leave that alone, I tell him. It is for the kids' breakfast, and cereal is too expensive to be his little snack! (This is a funny thread...My aunt and I play this game called "my husband is dumber than yours" :D )
I WIN!!!! |
Oh,Im sure he has a list longer than mine.;) Quote:

My husband is a procrastinator, and that drives me nuts!!! |
I don't have that many that irate me and I find most of them funny anyway... If I'm doing something, like sorting washing, he'll stand around like he's going to help but with a little-boy-lost look on his face and unless I pass him something and say this goes there he won't help... the intentions are there though! lol He claims to not know how to use the washing machine.... it was his washing machine from his house so he SHOULD know how to use it! If the hallway to all mopped and the shoes all on the rack he'll leave his on the floor because "I'm going out again!"  Doesn't matter whether it's in 5minutes or when he leaves for work tomorrow! lol OH, and earlier I poured a nice cold glass of coke and left it on the side in the kitchen while I put some washing out and he poured it down the sink because he didn't know how long it had been there for! He was in the kitchen when I poured it and it was COLD! lol |

He ALSO does the cereal box thing-tonight, with Cinnamon Toast Crunch...but at least I bought that for him! The other day I made brownies, and bought ice cream and hot fudge to make brownie fudge sundaes when family came over-I had to give him EXPLICIT instructions NOT to eat any of these 3 things, and NOT to open the cherries because this stuff was for family! Somehow, he managed to stay away from it-my DH has a sweet tooth for sure! |

Here's a SHORT list that could be long but I won't: :D 1.when we go to places of education (i.e. museum) and he cant get on the same intellectual level as me, instead jokes about why the exhibit has to show the labia open! OUT LOUD! 2. unorganized room 3. drinking from cartons 4.driving in the care without a shirt. It may be summer..but we're not adam and eve here 5. not washing his own clothes (his mom) 6. calling me tanya, when everyone else calls me brit. Can't stand that nick name! ahah..been saying that for years. THE END |
