| Some Updates.. Hey there guys. I just wanted to post and share some news. As posted awhile back, we lost our 10 yr. old Yorkie Newman to cancer (Two months one week ago) and then the following day I was told my mom was terminal. A lot has gone on since then. Lilly, came to us a month after Newman passed. We found her in rescue. She was 13 weeks and a tiny full breed Yorkie that had been bought at a petstore then turned in a week later. She's now 4 1/2 months old and weighs just 2 lbs. 11 oz. and doing great. I haven't posted pictures yet of Lilly in her jams and hoodie that two very nice members (Sunnie and VickiG) sent when I had trouble finding cloths small enough to fit Lilly. I'm sorry guys that I have not posted her in them for you two to see but promise I will very soon. I really appreciated the kindess. Anyway, we got some good news today; We were told that miraculously my mom is doing better. Her liver is still failing as is her kidneys but he feels that since everything else seems to be improving that he may be able to reverse this, not totally but enough to give her more time with us. She's not suffering and the demensia she had that they thought was Alzeimers they now believe was due to meds. They told us that we may be able to bring her home with us in a couple of weeks. It's really been a true mirace and I know it may sound weird to some but I really believe that my Newman has been watching over me. I truly believe that he brought Lilly to us because he knew how heartbroken we all were. Lilly does the Yorkie tongue just like Newman always did and none of my others did this that young. Only Newman and Lilly. And, Lilly took immediately to my mother. They had a strong bond from the first day I got her and took her to see my mother, she would lie in her bed with her snuggled for hourse. My mom is actually the one who named Lilly. Anyway, I know I'm rambling. I'm sorry. I'm just so happy for once after all this sorrow. I miss my Newman so much but everytime I hold Lilly or look at her I know she was a gift sent by my little man and now my mom taking a good turn I just can't help but feel that he is really watching over me. Thanks for reading my rambling. Elaine |

| What wonderful news Elaine! I have the chills from reading these. I believe too that animals are sent to us in times of despair. I felt and strong connection between Shadow and my deceased Mom. It was really a strong feeling! I didn't tell to many people about it because I was afraid they would think I was losing it. I praying for a miraculous recovery for your Mom. |
