All YT Sewers... Help http://www.partycity.com/cgi-bin/par...&originaltype= I was wondering if anyone could make this exact costume for me?? I looked at walmart in their halloween book for patterns and I didn't like the costumes. I'm wanting to be tinker bell and they don't have her costume ready to buy. I can't afford the one on the website.. i figured it would be cheaper to make. can anyone help me... or how i need to go about it? thanks

| But, if you make it yourself... it'll cost you so much less... You dont always have to buy a pattern.... You can simply take something that you have that looks similar and create the pattern yourself... I personally think that between walmart (fabric) & michaels stype stores, you can remake the costume for 20 bucks or less... But thats just me

Have you thought about getting a little tank dress...maybe from a thrift store...cutting the dress hem to look like the pic. You can get 50 cents worth of tulle and hot glue it on the underside of the dress and cut it to match the hem of the dress but longer. I saw wings at the dollar store in several different colors!!! And I think they were 50% off!!! I bet you could do that!!

Have you looked on ebay? I just typed in "fairy adult" and saw this. It may not be Tinker bell but it sure would pass for it. http://cgi.ebay.com/GREEN-FAIRY-ADUL...QQcmdZViewItem

MizBrown... I thought about doing that but I can't sew and my mom can sew but she has to have a pattern. she cant do freehand. Ive been trying to look for a tank dress and haven't found anything yet. Walmart has pretty green wings... I even though about just finding a jean skirt and wearing a green shirt. thanks everyone for your help!!

The costume is great. You are lucky if your dog wears them. I cannot make my dog wear any costumes whatsoever, because he cannot stand them.

Talking about crafters, does anyone knows how much would cost to craft an indian costume for my pup? Would it be cheaper to buy it somewhere, where? It must match at last a bit mine from http://indianheaddress.com/
