I wrote the presidents office (president of DHL) (supposedly LOL) and this is the response I got.... _______________________________ Dear Ms. Pepe, We are so very sorry to hear about your negative experience with DHL. I have forwarded your e mail to the station managers of the courier who picks up your shipments. I will find out who routes your shipments. Also since these are Ship Ready envelopes, is it possible that when you write the address on the shipment that it is not coming down clearly to the copy on the envelope and then the courier can not see the correct zip? Just a thought. I will make sure that this is taken care of and we hope you give us another opportunity to service your shipping needs. Would you like for me to send you two Ship Ready envelopes as a good faith gesture? So I asked the lady who claims to be the manager of our route and she said she did not see anything wrong with the packages or the labels. And this turned out to be the third package that was not delivered in time. So I am not sure. I will make sure, in the future, that there is no chance of it being unclear. I would appreciate anything you could do to help. Unfortunately, I have let down some of my customers and this is something that I cannot change. ________________________________________ |

DHL is a terrible delivery service!...I know some one who uses it frequently just because the shipping is cheaper...he sells stuff on E-bay and always trying to save some cash... He used his debit card once to send out a package....the next day he checked his bank account on line and there was debit for about $700.00 from DHL ( his shipping was under $20) charged to his card :eek: apparently someone with the same last name owed a bill so they decided to take it from his card to settle the bill...it took a while to straighten out....they have over charged his card two more times since then on shipping fees, but only by $3-$5....I wondered how many times they did this to other people who never caught it.... They have delivered boxes, three times, with broken items and the boxes looked like as if it was run over by the truck, so those had to have insurance claims filled out on them.... Everytime he uses DHL service he knows he has a 50/50 chance something wrong is going to happen...he has now started paying with cash only ... |
