| I'm thinking about having a 3rd... CHILD Am I crazy? Will I go crazy? What's your experience?? I have 2 boys that are 9 and 6...how do you feel about the huge age difference that would be between them and another child? |

| I don't have any children yet...but, I think that's great! the older children might be a great help with a new little one around, and they're old enough to play with each other while you tend to the new baby. Plus, your new baby will have two great older siblings to teach him things, and watch out for him! And I bet you already have a lot of the stuff you need, plus lots of experience, so you're already a pro at being a mom! I'm so excited for you!

| My oldest is 13 and my baby is 4. I don't think the age difference matters. There are always pros and cons of each. I would love to have another too but don't think it's in the cards for me Good Luck! Theresa |

| Actually I have no baby stuff left from my boys, only a few of my favorite of their baby outfits. I had been pestering my hubby to try again for a girl for years and he's always been against having another so I gave up last year and got rid of everything. Then, out of the blue my hubby says that he has been thinking recently about that it would be nice to have another. |

| I'm sure the older ones would love having a sibling to help out with. I say go for it.

| I have 4 children (13, 12, 9, & 6) plus the new puppy... who thinks he is the baby. I don't think there is much difference going from 2 kids to 3 kids. I think it is hardest with the first one because EVERYTHING is new to you. On the second you know what to do and what NOT to do. By the third you are and expert on everything. Plus, your other children are old enough to help! If you can afford to do have another one and you feel in your heart it is right, then go ahead. There is nothing greater in the world!! **The only negative I see is starting the whole baby thing all over again. Sleepless night, diapers, botttles...:D |

| I think it is a great idea!!! Even though I have no children of my own. My youngest sister and I are 18 years apart. I have two full sisters 20 and 16 and then my mom remarried as well as my dad and they both had another two months apart and they are 8 now and then my dad had another that is 4. I like big families though.

I have 3 boys ages 22, 21 and almost 16, the youngest was a pest to the older boys for a long time but as he's maturing he's starting to have a better relationship with the older ones. If both you and hubby are ready for a 3rd you should go for it. What's a 3rd one when you already have 2?

YT 2000 Club Member | I have 4 boy's ages almost 14, 13, 11,10. I did want 5 but I had complications with the last 2. I did not care what sex they were, I just love kids and wanted a big family. I would love to have been able to have the 5 one but it is not going to happen My oldest sister has 3 ages are 18, 14.and a 1 year old! Oldest and youngest are girls. She had no problems with the age differences. Her older two help her out all the time! We did give her a baby shower because she did need new things for the baby! Hope things go the way you want it! |

| Financially able to handle 3? Who knows, we didn't think we could afford the last two and they have more stuff than they need, so i'm sure we'll get along fine, as we always do. I'd love to have a girl but realistically I know that is probably not going to happen. My family just isn't lucky in girls. I would be thrilled with a boy as well. My boys are awesome. I really want a bigger family too. I'm just worried it will be difficult mentally on me. I hope I can handle it! And I hope they all will feel loved and supported.
