| I always have lean ground beef on hand.....good for harmburgers (stuffed w/ soy cheese and mushrooms and baby spinach), meatloaf, taco/burritos, spaghetti, you name it....YUM!!! I had about a pound of cut pork in the crock pot all day in the hopes of making a light sauce with it and pouring over wheat noodles....BUT husband came home and said it would make great BBQ pulled pork sandwiches (luckily I had some wheat buns on hand). So we had BBQ pulled pork sandwiches.
