| ![]() was thinking about this thread the other day -- knowing that so many people are being affected by the economy, I thought I would bump this smart, little thread up! ![]()

| ![]() Rich Dad, Poor Dad is another good financial book. It doesn't really concentrate on getting out of debt, but it does have great advice on saving money, only spending what is absolutely necessary, etc. |

YT Addict | ![]() First off, let me say..."There is no quick fix for this problem". You got in this problem over the course of years and it will take some time to get out of it. The best course of action is to be patient, pay all that you can on the bills, and don't spend more than you absolutely have to spend. Borrowing more money to pay the bills off will most likely just give you credit cards with zero balance and a tempation to max them out again. The only way you will LEARN to not do this again is to get out of it the slow and hard way!!! |

Donating YT 11K Club Member | ![]() Everyone should watch Suzy Orman, she says the best time to get out of debt is now! She explained the whole thing but if i remember, some of it was the ppl that don't have debt and are making payments on time are the ones paying for the ppl that are in debt.
