The poor kids. They are the one's who are going to suffer..being shuffled around and having to read all about what transpired during their childhood. I agree...dummy, she could have had it all. And I'm not so sure K-fed is any better. But alteast they are able to hire good help, they both need it. I cannot imagine not being able to care for my own child...and have that much money on top of it to lavish my children with a wonderful life. Some people are not thankful for their blessings. Whatever the out come I still have Britney on my ipod...she does have an angelic voice but I've been saddened at watching her self destruct lately. I hope she gets it together...K-fed too.

She knew quite awhile back that she stood a chance at losing her two little boys if she didn't straighten up, but she loves to drink and party too much. I don't think Kevin should have those boys either. I see how hard he partys himself but nothing is said about his wreckless ways. He isn't a fit dad either. Now I guess it will be up to a nanny to take care of these little boys. It's such a shame, but both parents should be made to go to parenting classes and AA.

FINALLY those kids are taken away from her. I think it should of happened a long time ago. Kevin may not be "the best"

but I think just about anyone is better than BRITNEY!

She got exactly what she deserved. BRAVO to the courts!!

And just to add in - I'm not sure, but by the looks of things (pictures) it looks like her Yorkie had it better than the kids ever did.

There are going to be all sorts of people coming on here defending her. Why? I do not know why!!!! She has had sooooooo many opportunities to clean her act up and she continues to make the dumbest mistakes in regards to her children. Her children should be her first priority. If I were in a battle for custody of my children with my husband....I can assure you that alchocol, drugs, clubs, dating, partying, etc....would be the last thing I would be doing!!!! Her children deserve so much better than she and Kfed. It's just the saddest situation!!

Unfortunately being forced into parenting class and AA wont guarentee they will change...they have to WANT to change and at this point Brittany dosent want it bad enough..she hasnt hit her "bottom" I know it seems as though she should have hit it by now but sometimes it takes years to WANT to change or even realize you have a problem..I feel terrible for all involved..of course the children I feel the worse for...hopefully someone will get THEM the help they need so they dont follow in their Mom's footsteps..addiction is a terrible disease..

I have to agree...they are WAYYY better with Kevin than Britney. I know he's not the ideal parent, but tell me this...have you seen him in the past few months in paparazzi pics with the kids? I HAVEN'T! Have you seen Britney in them w/ the kids? MANY TIMES! The boys seem terrified of the paparazzi and yet she keeps subjecting them to it.

You know, after the VMA debacle I felt sorry for her for the first time in my life, but now I'm over it. How can you feel sorry for someone like that? She's had the world handed to her and she can't deal with it.

I'm saying this in all seriousness, absolutely no joking, she needs a real mental evaluation because I truly believe there has to be something wrong with you to keep partying, drinking, doing drugs, driving w/o a license, etc, etc, etc, and the list could go on....INSTEAD of wanting your kids and taking care of them. Girl has a problem, and she better deal with it NOW or she won't be here in 2 years to SEE her children much less raise them...i.e. Anna Nicole Smith.

K, I'm done with my rant...anyone else??

The thing it is a sad situation and the last time I read up on alcohol or drug abuse it was classified as a illness.
I have never had a problem with either ,however I have had family members and close friends who have struggled with addiction.
I will not sit her and judge anyone the way people have Brittney and Paris and all the others ,I haven't walked in their shoes,so who am I too judge.
Unless you have fought addiction or dealt with it first hand ....

we pretty much posted at the same time, and basically said the same thing! I really hope no one defends her...well, actually, she is defenseless other than insanity IMO...

I have to disagree with you a bit...I do agree she needs help...but I dont believe its a mental problem...its an addiction. Addiction makes you do stupid things and blinds you. I hope she goes and gets the help she needs..

Kfed has REALLY cleaned up his act. It's pretty scary when he's the better parent than she is, but IMO that's the case here. I'm glad with the way things turned out (Though I think it would be perfect if the kids went to Brit's parents.)
