Britney Spears Has Lost Her Kids
 
TMZ has learned Britney Spears has lost physical custody of her kids.

L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon issued an order today stating that Kevin Federline, the boys' father, "is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court."

Wow, this situation just gets sadder daily. I feel so bad for her kids :(

Last I read she had went out and partied right after learning she was to avoid alcohol before visits :(

This seems strange. Didn't the judge just rule to maintain the 50/50 custody agreement? Did something happen like failing a drug test? And why wait until Wednesday? Wouldn't you want to remove the children as soon as possible to prevent her from taking them out of the country? I'm wondering how much truth there is to this.

Personally, I hope it is true although I wonder if her ex is much better than she is. I also wonder what will happen to her if she does lose custody. I think that it would be the thing to push her over the edge to do something really stupid like ODing. Sad situation :(

It just ticks me off because she has had MORE than one opportunity to clean up her act and get it together.

I think she needs to worry more about her kids and a little less about everything else.

So sad, it almost seems like she wanted to loose them, the way she was acting. Hopefully this will push her to try and get her life together to get her kids back from that jerk. Best wishes going to her and the babies...

Let's hope this is the WAKE UP CALL she's been needing all along. Maybe this shock will force her to really look at her life and realize the changes she needs to make. Her boys are simply DARLING and I hope she realizes what she is losing out on and MAKES CHANGES NOW.

Don't jump on me but I really do feel sorry for her. She was a young girl thrust into stardom and fame an fortune. She simply cannot handle fame and all it comes with. She needs some serious "tough love" and corrective guidance. I hope she gets the help she truly needs.

It's sad to see any mother lose her children but in this case at this moment in time, it's necessary.

Apparently, K-Fed\'s lawyer went to court today and the custody got taken away because she is driving illegally without a CA license with her babies in the car. That was what took it over the edge..
