| I *think* I feel better Going to AL this weekend really messed my sinuses up. It always does. Who would have thought the air could be so different less than 4 hours away? Last night and today the right side hurt so bad it was causing my teeth to hurt. I absolutely can NOT deal with pain in my teeth. Not at all. So when I got home from taking Susanah to the vet I took a Darvocet - on an empty stomach. I'm not in pain right now! I am higher than a Georgia pine, but I definitely do not feel a thing. LOL It kicked in all of a sudden too. I was sitting here thinking it wasn't going to work and trying to decide if I should take another one. One is enough!

| I very rarely take them. Only when I hurt really bad like today. I hurt so bad before I took it I couldn't function. I could barely think straight. It hurts so bad that its only been a couple hours and it already feels like the darvocet is wearing off. If I turn or lean my head a certain way (like bending down to pick up Susanah) it hurts really bad again. Once I straighten back up its better. Right now I can still feel it, but it doesn't hurt.

| You poor thing. Don't lean forward or bend over. That only adds pressure in you head and makes the pain worse. Have you tried a heating pad across your forehead? I know they say to use ice but heat works for me when in pain where ever. I do hope you feel better soon. To be in so much pain for any length of time is pure misery. Finger's crossed that the pain subsides soon. |
