P.S. - That is so cute that you and hubby will be called Oma and Opa. My husband's dad is German, and my husband also calls his Grandparent's Oma and Opa - I have always thought that was just so cute

It was what my kids called my hubby's parents so it seems so strange to hear it again as they have been gone for many years.
Yes, my US Marine son is home from Iraq TG!! We are hoping that he and his wife will provide us #2 grand soon! So far we only have the furry kind from them!

Thanks! I had never head that name before as a first name. I'm thinking, dead president or favorite car?? Where did this come from, I asked them. Apparently, my stepson likes Linkin park or something like that. whatever that is!! LOL!!! The name is growing on me. So you have a Lincoln too??? I am glad to know that there are others out there with this name!

Woo Woo!! Thats the one thing I miss about my brother being in the Marines (he fought in Desert Storm) is all the friends that would come home with him... there is just something about those Marine uniforms!

Congratulations to Holly and Eric on the birth of Lincoln. Also, congratulations to Oma Linda and Opa Roland. It is wonderful to become grandparents. I am sure you will totally spoil the little one. He is precious and is a wonderful gift from above. Enjoy him while he is small. They grow up so quickly.
