| Breast augmentation Just curious if any of you ladies have had breast enlargement surgery and how painful it was afterwards. How long were you laid up? It is something I have been considering but heard the pain is so bad and if people really knew how bad it would be before hand they would never of done it. Thanks for you help! |

| i had it done for my 21st b-day. It hurts but it is totaly worth it I went to target and out to eat the night after surgery. After about a week you should be completely fine and driving and showing off your new boobies They will look kind of creepy at first, they have to drop which takes a couple months. mine were up to my collerbone almost then every day they fell more in place and now look totally natural.

How long after until you can workout again? I have heard two weeks and then someone else said 4 weeks. So the pain is not that awful. How big did you go (If you don't mind me asking) I was looking at 430cc! | |

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | A good friend of mine had hers done 8 years ago in the Dominican Republic. She said she was fine in a day or two (she was a full b and went to a full d. they look real but just too big in my opinion). My office mate's sister just had them as her midlife crisis gift to herself. She said it hurt like a bi*@h for about two weeks and then she was able to move around better. She is happy that she got them and would do it again because they have made her feel really good about herself. I have contemplated it. I am a small B. Hubby has said it's really not worth the risk and he loves the girls just the way they are. I would like to be a bit bigger but I worry about any possible side effects.

| Had mine done a few years back......I felt like I'd been slugged in the chest with a baseball bat. I know that when I went in for my first check up and have the ace bandages removed.....I looked at my swollen, black and blue self and began to cry....I asked the doc to remove them......It takes a good couple of months to look normal and natural...it took another year where they really felt as though I has been born with them.....Worth it, I guess so, would I do it again, probably not....priorities have changed.

Do have the implants placed under the muscle....that way you are massaged naturally as you walk.....less chance for hardening. If you want it go for it....just make sure you have a good surgeon

| Had it 22 years ago, pain wasn't that bad. After the binding was removed I wore a sports bra for a few weeks. If you decide to go forward with it just be sure to follow your doctors orders, I had a friend who had hers done before me and she didn't massage and hers incapsulated and were like bricks. Also, remember if you gain and loose weight the skin can stretch and they will sag. I gained and lost 30 lbs so they aren't as "perky" as I'd like. I've had these a long time without a problem (time for a mammogram again), also make sure to tell the technician you have implants when you go in for a mammogram. And yes I would have it done again. If you don't mind my asking how much does it cost now? |

| I had it done a few years ago, it was the best thing I've ever done. Yes, it hurt but not so much that I wouldn't do it again. I went from an A to a C and they look very natural. They were a little high up at first but they never came close to my collar bone. My advice would be not to go too big, talk to the doctor and pick the size that best suits your body frame. If you go too big, then you will get stretch marks and you will look like you have two cantaloupes for boobs. It just depends on what you want to look like. I wanted a very natural look, my only request to my doctor was that he not make me look like a porn star

| I have almost every single girlfriend of mine who has had it done. I think they look good if they are proportionate to your body. I on the other hand am a huge fan of no boobs - I know I am weird but I like the girls that look like Gwen Stefanie and rock a flatter chest. Don't ask me why but I just like that look best. Best of luck to you on your decision.
