i had it done for my 21st b-day. It hurts but it is totaly worth it
I went to target and out to eat the night after surgery. After about a week you should be completely fine and driving and showing off your new boobies
They will look kind of creepy at first, they have to drop which takes a couple months. mine were up to my collerbone almost then every day they fell more in place and now look totally natural.
